Vice President Joe Biden and former Vice President Dick Cheney squared off in an unusual debate Sunday morning with each taking to the airwaves on different networks to address each other's contentions about the so-called war on terror point by point. Biden appeared on NBC's Meet the Press and CBS's Face the Nation while ABC's This Week hosted Cheney.
Politico said little new ground was broken in the Biden-Cheney terror discussion. While Biden and Cheney may not have broken new ground, their discussion about how the government does and should fight terrorists ought to set off alarms for citizens who value the rule of law.
